City of Bloomington, Indiana

closed: Resolved #203155

Street Lights:

Other: I'm not sure if this light "belongs" to IU or if the city has control, but turns red for 10th Street east/west travelers even when there are no cars or students waiting to go the other directions, and it stay red for an inordinate amount of time. It absolutely backs up 10th Street unnecessarily, which is a street that;s already backed up in other ways (Kelley crossing, Eagleson light). Please consider adjusting the timing or making sure it's driving by sensors!
