Other: There is a nuisance light in a box attached to pole 814 6521 on Morton Street in the narrow greenway between the B-line and Morton, opposite the driveway to the all red house next to the Bloomington Center for Connection.
It creates glare all over the neighborhood and directly into my house. It is not part of the street light system. I have photos on my phone but don't know how to attach them to this file. I believe it should come down. Thank you.
