Other: The construction contractor has placed the Road Closed barricades in two of the three lanes on High St. at the Hillside intersection. This is impeding the flow of traffic and is going to cause an accident. Once three cars fill the left turn lane, High St. is effectively blocked to North/South travel. There is now only more traffic going North on High St. with the roundabout closure. Please have the barricades removed or placed to the sides of the road. If someone cannot read the road closure signage properly, they will have to pay the price once they reach the closed roundabout.
Signs will be moved further south to allow for better traffic flow at the light. We apologize for any inconvenience.
