Other: Near 659 S Solitude Ct the curb has a small circular hole cut that appears to be designed for water drainage. However it's 20 years old, does not have a screen over the hole and is clogged with dirt. So each time it rains a small pond forms then when the pond slowly drains it leaves a large mud flat on the street. Is this something you can snake out?
