Other: Hello. When the team was here to repair the sidewalk two weeks ago, they left behind a washout bag full of concrete mix. Due to the rain, that mix is now filled with water and it is too heavy for me to lift. Please send someone to collect and dispose of the bag as the repair has been completed for over two weeks.
