Other: There is a stormwater drainage ditch at the corner of 11th and Illinois that is filled with stagnant water. Not sure if it belongs to the city or C&S, but either way it is ideal breeding ground for mosquitoes. I can’t tell if it is tied into city stormwater drains and simply clogged, or if it was never connected at all. Would be great if someone could investigate and maybe do a mosquito larvae dip. Thanks!
