Other: There is a silver car that has been parked in front of this address for at least a month. Two of the wheels are in the yard but the majority of the car is on the road, making it difficult for vehicles to traverse this neighborhood, especially if two cars going opposite directions wish to use the road at the same time. This vehicle also did not have a license plate until this afternoon.
