Nuisance Lights:
Other: The light going east/west on 2nd/Bloomington Rd is very short (at least on certian days and times). I've been in lines with piles of cars for this light with only a few get through each time, making you stop for several light rotations on an otherwise traffic free drive. Usually only a few cars (and sometimes absolutely none) go through the light in the north/south direction while the east/west lines are waiting. Thought this was weird, and it doesn't always happen, but it's annoying when it does.
