Thank you for submitting this uReport and bringing this concern to our attention. Multi-way stops are inadvisable to install unless certain criteria have been met, as outlined within the MUTCD. These include, but are not limited to crash history and traffic volume thresholds. While we will to monitor this intersection, it does not appear that an all-way stop would be advisable at this location. For the speed bump, this may be a good fit for the Resident-Led Traffic Calming Program, which operates on a yearly grant cycle opening each January. You can find more information about the program here: https://www.bloomington.in.gov/tcgp. If you would like to be notified when the program opens for applications, you can sign up here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdXC9K68fSup2fpLx1nCNLpXO9fNJ49_Z7Vx3GwObep4sAEqQ/viewform For further details on how the program works and what to expect, please feel free to reach out the program manager Hank Duncan at hank.duncan@bloomington.in.gov. Thanks!
