Other: Not sure what we've done to warrant repeated passive-aggressive placement of our trash/recycling bin. We try to follow the placement rules, and whenever they're not full we don't put the bins out so the crew can have a pass. On top of property taxes we also pay for the bin. I thought perhaps we should return the recycling bin and just put everything in the trash - save us money and spare us this behavior? But I believe in recycling. So let's try this first. My neighbor has his bins walked up the driveway to his garage. and that way they're not in the middle of the driveway or street. My I have this service too please? Or will my property be in danger from some passive aggressive vandalism by the city staff?
