CBU Engineering investigated on 3/26/2025. The issues appear to be largely caused by the grading of the road. While we were on-site, we noted an inlet that was clogged with leaves and debris, we will put in a work order to have that cleared which should help drainage in some capacity.

CBU Engineering investigated on 3/26/2025.
