Other: There is no safe way for a pedestrian to cross Smith Road (east to west or west to east) at Fenbrook or Brighton Crest. This is further complicated by the hilly nature of Smith Road and the fact that traffic typically travels much faster than the posted speed limit. It is unsafe for pedestrians, cyclist, and drivers. Sightlines are also very dangerous in this area.
