Other: The downspout daylight from either 521 or 523 S. Park has been spilling mud onto the sidewalk for months. At this point, the entire width of the sidewalk is covered by a layer of mud that is dangerous when wet. This mud slick covers part of an accessible curb cut. Both houses are rentals.

A notice has been sent to the property owner for them to clean the mud and relocate the downspout so that it does not drain water onto the sidewalk. Staff will follow up for compliance.
