Phone Call: I received a call, phone number 216-337-3255, no name. From what I could understand, there is illegal parking happening on a street that only has parking on one side. The location is Woodburn between Kenwood Drive and 17th as well as on Kinser Pike/Rogers between Kenwood Drive and 17th.

I am not sure if all that information is in the correct order due to a difficulty in understanding. The caller said that this is happening when students in the area are having people over and they are blocking alleyways and parking on a side of the street that does not have parking.
