Other: 7th st alternate bike route is confusing. aifhn points against one way street. need to mark 7st with more bike designation. also, sewer grates will catch cyclists tires. mees to rotate. tx

I'm sorry, but I believe these are rectangles and we cannot rotate them. Those boxes were rebuilt this past summer because as you said the weight of the buses driving over them. I will have someone check them out and see if they are able to rotate them.

We have addressed/are working through the MOT concerns with the bike lane closure. The outstanding item I'm sending to utilities is the orientation of the storm sewer grates near the 7th and Grant intersection in the WB traffic lane. It appears they could be rotated 90 degrees to provide a more favorable surface for cyclists, but they are attached to the frame (ostensibly to reduce movement when buses are going over them) and I was unable to rotate them myself. Just sending this over to CBU to see if rotation is possible (it may not be). Thanks!
