Other: I would like to file this issue against the residents at 221 S Roosevelt St. I can only submit one photo here but I also have multiple videos of the noise and more dates and times logged. I live near this property and there is a huge noise issue. The residents at 221 S Roosevelt throw a party with loud music at least once every weekend and play the loud music into the night disrupting other neighbors. I have contacted the police for noise complaints multiple times but they often don’t get there for a couple of hours so the music keeps us awake. We have asked them multiple times to turn their music down but they continue to be disrespectful and disruptive. The music issue has become so bad that I try to spend my weekends living somewhere else so that I am able to get sleep before working all weekend. I cannot find any information on how to contact the owner of this property and am hoping submitting this report helps me find some way to resolve this issue. This issue of their noise and loud music makes living next to them incredibly uncomfortable and distressful. Also just clarifying again that this is a complaint about the residents living at 221 S Roosevelt St. Thank you.
