Thank you for taking the time to report the street light outage at the intersection of Brownridge & Fieldcrest. This is a City leased light through Duke Energy with the City paying the ongoing monthly costs and Duke providing the maintenance services.
These lights are operated through a sensor on top of the fixture head and appreciate residents assisting us with outage reports.
I have reported this light to Duke Energy for maintenance. It typically takes approximately 3-5 business days for a crew to be dispatched to the area to determine the cause of the outage.
I will update the uReport with a work order number when I am notified and close the uReport. Please feel free to contact me at smithc@bloomington.in.gov for additional questions or updates.
