Other: There’s still snow on 3rd between Walnut and College, on the south side of the street adjacent to the county building used for early voting. And there’s still snow on either side of the overpass on 3rd leading to the B-Line trail. It hasn’t snowed in almost two weeks. Why build a trail for pedestrians if you don’t make it easy to get to the trail? Please do better in the next snowstorm.
