Sidewalk Snow Removal:

Other: There has been no attempt to remove snow from the sidewalk in front of apartment complex/housing duplex. The sidewalks are now completely iced over making it very dangerous to walk on, especially if heading north down the hill.

In the event of a violation, the neighborhood compliance officer will issue a Notice of Violation (NOV) to the property owners via first class mail and by placing a copy of the notice of violation on the property.
