Other: The snow plow plowed one alley to the north, drove over the snowed in road with the plow up while I was cleaning the road snow off my wheels, drove around the block and did it again while looking at me. They wanted me to know they were not plowing this section of the road. I do not know them. I did not interact with them. They just glowered at me while I was cleaning off my car and purposefully refuse to plow North Maple St. Please address this harassing behavior. Plow the city road that is next to my driveway without purposefully plowing it into my drive, which is how they plowed it the last time. I have no idea what their issue is. I don't care. I care that people do the jobs they are paid to do like responsible adults, not petulant teens who wanted me to applaud or something.
