Other: Cars are getting stuck in the snow because snow banks are huge and still on the road way. The plow help this year was so poorly done at 4th street which is a Main Street with busses and car transit. At midnight on 08 Jan 25 a car got stuck in the garage entrance of the Kirkwood apartment building. We call AAA and at 1 am they have not come. A plow truck from the government pass by at 12:15 am not with the plow on and ignore the car situation. Many neighbors try to push the car out.it was a shame the government pass by and ignore.
