Other: On the Jackson Creek Trail going south from Sherwoods Oaks Park and almost to Rhorer Road, there is a guy wire from the utility pole that is in the path. There have been various things used to keep people from running into the wire. Up until June, there were two orange barrels. I reported in June that one of them was in the creek. Now the remaining barrel is in the creek. It is on the bank not far past the guy wire. If you want to use barrels to protect the wire, they need to be secured, since both barrels have now been tossed into the creek.
