Other: How is it possible that the owner of 3 vehicles, all of which have expired license plates (2 expired this month, 1 last year November) lets his vehicles sit in the street without the Parking Enforcement officer doing anything about it? One car is a white SUV, the other one is a white Sedan, the third one is a red Ford truck. This truck has been sitting in the place where it is now for over 3 months (at least) without having been moved. This is NOT an abandoned vehicle. It just sits there, taking up parking space in front of a neighbor's house.
