Other: House appears unlocked and accessible to anyone with front glass storm door banging in the wind, back door to basement open many times. A variety of people occasionally enter. Multiple ways to enter house through missing windows etc… With cold weather pipes may have frozen. Tenants have been or are in process of being evicted but meanwhile trash remains that can act as projectiles in high wind damaging nearby people or properties, non functioning vehicle in driveway with open windows etc… Current condition of house is unsafe and unsightly and prevents other neighbors’ enjoyment of their properties and is dangerous in terms of possible illegal activities that could take place in what is for all purposes an abandoned property. Sarge Rentals manages property and is apparently trying to resolve situation over the past two months.
