Other: A drain grate is missing at the corner of the parking lot across from Courtyard Suites by Marriott on S College. I believe this missing cover is on Monroe County property. In any case it drains to either a tributary to Clear Creek or Clear Creek itself. The creek is buried under S College, the Marriott Parking lot and a cement pad running the length of the house to the south. I have a wider view shot better showing the location but uReport will only let me upload a single photo so I have uploaded a close up of the missing grate. It's been like this for several weeks and I am just today remembering to upload the photo I took.
