Other: We left our recycling bin out as usual for our recycling day today. When the truck arrived we were inside but heard an unusually loud bang. When we went out an hour or so later, our recycling bin was nowhere to be seen. We suspect it somehow got stuck on the truck or "eaten" by it? How do we get it back or replaced? Thank you.
