Mr. Such, Thank you for taking the time to communicate with the City of Bloomington Department of Public Works regarding a street installation at the Intersection of E Moores Pike and SR 446. The City leases street lights from Duke Energy and pays for the ongoing monthly costs with Duke providing the maintenance services. Each year, street lights are installed at locations requested by residents. I have placed your request on our lighting worksheet for future consideration. In this case, the only location that I could install a light would be on the E Moores Pike approach as the City's corporate boundaries ends at Moores Pike.
