Other: On Tuesday October 29 xfinity technician came to Oaklawn park condos buried wire that had been unburied 3 weeks left flags and threw orange wire over the fence. Tired of being treated like dirt because I don’t have a home with a fenced in yard. Littering is illegal. I want the City to contact the regional manager xfinity and have a discussion at this point. I fear for my safety reporting this
