Other: Multiple problems with the unit. Mold growth, the ceilings leak when it rains. No kickboard underneath one of my kitchen cabinets. No screens in windows. Rats. Upstairs bathroom, knob to turn off and on water sticks out like a mile long. Baseboard of wall upstairs coming off. Light switch in my boys room installed upsidedown. My boys window frame is installed completely wrong. You would just have to see it to understand. Floor is peeling up, that connects my living floor to my kitchen. Which mind you, I try and hide and cover, because they never installed a tack strip. Back door, at the bottom, is depleting. Like it looks like it's eating away at the bottom. I almost can't even put all in this complaint, that is wrong with unit. I would like to have a mold detector done on this unit, to prove that it's probably outrageous. My furnace in the closet was pretty much hand made, with a huge hole in the wall.
