Other: The double yellow line on Henderson just south of the Hillside intersection meaners all over the road. While this is mostly an aesthetic issue, the line veers to the west right at the south side of the intersection with Hillside. This narrows the road for southbound traffic on Henderson to the extent that southband vehicles routinely must cross the double yellow line to avoid hitting cars parked on the west side of Henderson. I think this section of double yellow line should be repainted several feet to the east.
