Other: The sharp ledge left on the section of IN46 under construction is absolutely ridiculous and should not be open to being driven on as is. It was pulling me back and forth while driving on it last night and swaying the vehicle basically trying to pull me off the road due to the tire riding the edge (which you can't avoid the way they have the lane divided). My low tire light came on later after driving on this section and after inspecting the tire I found that the rubber had been stripped down to the wire on the driver's rear tire due to being abraded away by that road. This is ridiculous and now I need new tires.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 7 days, although some cases may be longer. 2 days have already passed.
