Other: There has been a group of (potentially homeless) people that have been staying at the corner near the building, I’ve always tried to avoid them while walking my dog but tonight their dog ran all the way across the street and attacked my dog. While security has told me not to walk my dog in the park past closing time they have driven past the group with the aggressive dog several times and not done anything. If Bloomington wants to enforce park hours then they need to do it to benefit safety as there are many people who walk their dogs near there every night, and having a 100 pound dog attack your dog is not good
