Other: Bloomington's traffic signal timing is, in general, inadequate. Traffic patterns in the city are highly variable, changing drastically as students arrive and leave with the university schedule and as new student housing is constructed. It would be wonderful if the city were to invest in a system which changes traffic signals in real time as a function of data collected from sensors at intersections. Surely there will be graduate students, postdocs, and faculty in the Luddy School eager to help out with a cool "smart city" project...

Thank you for the concern. The city is in the process of doing a city wide traffic timing study and the signals will be adjusted accordingly.
