The vegetation in this landscape bed has been cut back to provide a clear line of sight for trail users to prevent bicycle - pedestrian accidents.
Other: For the second year in a row, the plants in the middle of the trail roundabout where the trail to Sherwood Oaks Park, Olcott Park and to Rhorer Road intersect have been cut down. Why? This circle contained native plants, including elderberry (which was much smaller this year after having been cut down last year). This year everything was cut right down to the ground. This does not match practices elsewhere along the trails.
