Other: There is an grayish (unpainted), stand-alone curb in the corner of the village pantry parking lot and 3rd st. Between the flat grayish surface of the parking lot and the flat grayish surface of the sidewalk. I understand this is to deter cars from cutting through the parking lot but I now know THREE PEOPLE who have BROKEN BONES because of this curb. Two were pedestrians ans one was on a bike. This curb is a HAZARD and should be at the very least PAINTED YELLOW to reflect this and hopefully prevent further accidents. Thank you.
