Other: Apartments 309, 312, and 320 are in severe egress with multiple sanitary issues. There is an infestation of cockroaches as well as gnats and maggots which are effecting surrounding apartments. The management only has the apartments sprayed once a month and have done nothing to take actions against these tenants to address the issue after having multiple complaints from tenants in the surrounding apartments.
