Other: There are 15-20 shopping carts in the Latimer Woods, if you go down the trail you will continue seeing more trash, clothes, and shopping carts. The culvert down at the bottom of this trail is filled with trash as well. It would be fine if these were individuals just setting up a camp for themselves, but they are destroying the property and filling it with just trash. This morning when I was walking out there there was a broken vase that had been put out into the street too

This has been addressed -- trash was washing onto the property from activity on private property to the north. We will continue to monitor and clean the property.
