The new version of Civic Access we deployed this weekend resovled this error.
Other: When I try to click on a permit I previously applied for in the Civic access portal, I receive an error message. This prevents me from checking on the status of the permit. I also received this error message two weeks ago when I tried to check on another permit.
Most tickets of this type should be closed within 2 days, although some cases may be longer. 17 days have already passed.
