Other: Hi - the entrances to Bryan Park at Woodlawn and Southdowns present a hazard. A friend and I were riding bikes and this culvert is hidden when approaching from Southdowns. They didn’t see it, flipped over, and ended up in the creek drainage area. Please take a look at this area and install visible barriers. Thanks!
