Potholes, Other Street Repair:
Other: The alley way is downhill and the surface cover is gravel. Whenever it rains, the gravel gets washed down to S Madison Street, creating hazardous conditions especially for cyclists. The alley way needs to be properly paved. Gravel is not a solution.
