Other: Kirkwood Ave should be blocked off heading east from Dunn Street. If cars travel east past Dunn, there is no place to go and they are having to turn around in the Kirkwood/Indiana intersection. Indiana is closed heading north at that intersection and one way heading south. Going straight takes you thr the Sample Gates. I've been watching this happen for several days from my office in Carmichael Center.

Jane, thank you for the report. The setup of this closure was intended to retain access to the businesses at the eastern end of Kirkwood as possible. Staff will continue to monitor the area and ensure that the temporary traffic control remains in place until a lane of Indiana can be opened back up.
