Other: There was a utility project in the Spicewood subdivision over the winter. The streets through the neighborhood have been severely damaged. I looked on the city paving schedule and did not see a project listed to fix the damage that was caused by the project. Is the city coming back to fix the roads? It's huge eyesore and really poor patching jobs for the damage that was done.
