Other: City owned parcels on West cottage Grove east of Monroe Street are overgrown and obstructing sidewalk passage. This is the only sidewalk and poison ivy and brush make it difficult to navigate. There's a tree marked for removal that needs addressed before it causes injury or property damage. This has been reported before.
