closed: Can't Fix #187938

Other: My neighbor is continues to drain her above ground pool onto my property despite my request that she not do so as it is killing the landscape plants in my garden and makes a muddy mess. I have verbally asked, sent a certified letter and after I did so she moved the drainage hose closer the property line. I have more photos documenting all of this. Any advise or assistance that you can offer is appreciated. Thanks

Emailed citizen explaining this issue could be stormwater related, their property is outside of city limits, copied Kelsey Thetonia with the County's stormwater division, suggesting she might be able to assist them.
