Other: I was biking on the B-line, heading south between Rogers and the Showers plaza. There was an MSI guy in one of those little cars they have in the right hand lane. The little car takes up the whole lane and he was driving slowly, which is fine, but I wanted to pass him. So I crept into the left hand lane, craning my neck to make sure there was no one oncoming while I passed. But while I was doing that, the MSI driver started to drift into the left hand lane as well! I didn't know what to make of that so I braked. As I tried to pass again, I tried calling out but I don't know if he heard me. Those things have right-hand drive, so he was on the opposite side of the car from me and as I crept past, it seems he was looking in his right mirror? Anyway please remind them to maintain their lanes or at least to look all around before deviating from their path. Thanks!
