Other: A few minutes ago, a white dump truck without City emblems stopped in front of my house. Two men got out and shoveled the leaves from the drain in front of my house and across the street into the drains. I thought we weren’t supposed to put leaves in the drain. The drain in front of my house is my adopt-a-drain, so it didn't have many leaves but the one across the street had more.

Mr. Kennedy, Thank you for reporting this to CBU. No one is supposed to be putting leaves down the drains. If you see this again please try and take pictures so we can track them down. We can issue fines for illegal dumping.
