Nuisance Lights:

Other: The light for traffic going west on Kirkwood onto Adams only stays green for about 15 seconds. 4 or 5 cars make it through and then we wait for an extended time traffic on Adams going north and south to get an extra long time to make their light. It takes 3 lights sometime before I get through a light when I'm at the top of Rose Hill.
