Blocked Sidewalk:

Other: Blocked stairs! I parked in the parking lot next to McDonald’s. Chop shop box advertising truck is blocking the stairs to access McDonald’s. I talked to manager of McDonald’s and she confirmed it was chop shop truck and that her employees try to park in that parking lot and can not access those stairs. I actually called them and asked why they was blocking those stairs and the lady had no answer. I said I was gonna make a complaint to city, the lady said do what I need to do!

Unfortunately, as this is outside of the right of way, the city won't have any ability to require the truck to move. This would be a civil matter between the property owners
