Other: On the B-Line just north of 6th Street, on Saturday mornings there are a few people who block the B-Line Trail during farmers market hours. They set up this obtrusive wooden platform right on the trail. It causes a lot of congestion for trail users in a very busy part of the B-Line. Can someone enforce rules that prevent people from blocking the trail like this? They can setup their board in the grass or somewhere else that is not impeding safe pedestrian and bicycle use of the pedestrian and bicycle trail (which is not a stage for their private and individual use). Maybe they can show up early enough to sign up to busk in the Farmers Market rather than clogging up the flow of people? Check it out. Saturday mornings, B-Line and 6th.
