Other: I drove from Menards to 45 on Liberty Dr. in the rain last night. Lane markings were nearly invisible on the wet road surface. When I turned southwest bound on 45 I nearly hit the concrete median because it was indistinguishable from the road surface. Reflectors and reflective lane paint are needed on this entire stretch of road. Reflectors and/or a reflective sign needed on the median on 45.
